I have been thinking about making it easier for others to learn the lessons I encountered over the past forty years. I have written about lots of topics over the years, but they all shared the same value, promoting equity for others. Equity is about ensuring that everyone experiences the same positive outcomes, not just ensure everyone can have the same equal opportunities for positive outcomes.
